1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by country:

US / Canada / Europe: 7–15 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

3. Where is my tracking number?

After your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can also contact us at support@rybubu.com if you need help locating it.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

6. Will Labubu outfits fit other figures?

Our outfits are specifically designed for Labubu figures and may not fit other dolls. Please check the product description for sizing before purchase.

7. Are the car seat accessories safe for real use?

Our car vent figures and decorative seats are for display only. They’re not functional safety gear, but designed to bring a touch of fun and style to your car.
